When you use Score Ace, we collect information you provide directly to us (such as account creation details) and data collected automatically (such as device IP location for pricing display). When you upload OMR sheets or exam scripts, we process these images solely for the purpose of grading.
We use your data to provide, maintain, and improve our AI grading services. We do not sell your personal data or student data to third parties. Exam scripts are processed securely and deleted or stored according to your school's retention policies.
We use end-to-end encryption, strict role-based access controls, and regular system audits to protect your data. While no method of transmission over the internet is completely impervious, we continually update our infrastructure to keep student records and exams safe.
